Boil the pasta only halfway in boiling water with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of butter. We drain them and pass them through a stream of cold water. We place them in a yena bowl greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Put the grated telemeau and diced ham, mix lightly. We grate the cheese on top. Beat the eggs with a fork, add sour cream, season with salt and pepper and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle the pieces of ham and bake for 30 minutes until nicely browned
